My name is Kodi Watkins. I grew up in a tiny town of Smithville, OK, just 40 miles north of Broken Bow. I love McCurtain County in Southeast Oklahoma and its beautiful mountains, it will always be my home!

I previously worked in Idabel, Ok as a Optometric Technician for 7 years.  I was fortunate to meet some great people along the way, and some everlasting friendships.  I have an amazing husband who supports me with every goal I have, and two wonderful step-kids.

In my free time I enjoy barrel racing, doing anything outdoors and spending time with my family. I have a passion for helping people and God opened some doors that lead me to the real estate world, so here I am! I am looking forward to this journey with my team!
